Our Health & Wellness is an important key in this journey called life and as entrepreneurs we must be mindful that we take care of ourselves. Mentally, Physically Emotionally and Spiritually we have to make sure we look after all aspects.

Because if left neglected it can become detrimental to our well being. So we have a new show coming your way on February 17th with our Host Patty Randhawa in conjunction with FFEE called YOUR LIGHT AND WELLNESS.

We are currently looking for 2 additional dynamic and energetic Health & Wellness individual to join us and showcase their expertise as we talk about our health.
